G E Tan Valuers Sdn Bhd is a property consultancy firm founded in 1992, with roots tracing back to our founder's career in property valuation since 1977. We are registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP), and our team includes members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
We operate from our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and our branch office in Penang, serving clients across Central and Northern Malaysia.
Our founder, Sr Tan Gaik Eng, began his career with the Treasury Valuation Department of the Ministry of Finance Malaysia in 1977. After more than a decade in practice, he founded the firm in 1992. In 2012, it was restructured into G E Tan Valuers Sdn Bhd.
Today, the firm is led by Managing Director Sr Tan Chun Khuan, a Registered Valuer and Chartered Surveyor who joined in 2002.
